Miles. I bought it with 312K miles and haven't done anything major to it. No tranny or engine work. Actually the engine is crazy smooth but really no different than the large majority of 4.7 V8s.

Mine is currently at 193K+ and looking forward to driving her for another 100k+ miles!!!
Just did my 5th timing belt service...brother-in-law asked when it might be time to swap out the crank and cam sensors "While we're in there." Nah...little dust off with a paper towel should be good for another 90k

Got a 05 with 238, I’m almost at 250... think that’s valid to post.
Pretty sure most folks in society consider over 1-150k High Miles. We are fortunate (Smart) to own vehicles that far exceeds that number. Think we are proud of that. Unless you have a commercial Diesel, most vehicles can’t make it to 500-750k miles on original drive train with minimal major repairs. Gotta Love the Land Cruiser’s/Toyota’s!
