You saying $5k? Any rust?
I paid $6,500
NADA was $10k

No rust. It's been an Austin Tx truck IRS whole life.

Looked good today when it was up on a lift getting a muffler. Inner CV boots are seeping and shocks bottom out pretty easy. Minor trim damage and some dings here and there.

I was disappointed at how quiet the 18" Magnaflow was but it might break in some more.

I am very pleased so far with the rig. Looking forward to another 250k miles :)

Well it happened, she rolled over 300k! 2000 lx470 still comfy cruising with the AHC and running like a top. *knocks on wood*. Next oil change coming up at 301k.

So cool, can you add/edit a little service history to your last post?

Because 70k wasn't high enough!

Purchased 3.5 years ago with 42K miles.

Not crazy high for this group, but at first glance I though the display went bad.

I miss my 98. Only had 331k when I let her go to buy a new LX570. Biggest auto related mistake I ever made :(

I feel your pain. After a 5k mile trip in my 2011 LX570 with only 29k miles on it. I sold it and kept my 2005. I've owned several 100 series and for me the 100 is the sweet spot. the LX570 is like driving a Bentley.

Yeah - a Bentley but not in a good way. Still looking for the right 100 to replace that LX. Great truck - just a little too much of the stuff I don't care about. And the 4.7 is soon much smoother than the 5.7. Couldn't care less about the horsepower. Never saw any real difference driving wise. Probably much less noticeable on the adventures I take.

I like the way my LX rides because I had Slee replace the AHC with a OME 2" lift. Rides like a truck, I like it

I'm not sure how different the lc 5.7 and transmission are to the tundra (as far as shifting) but I don't like my 5.7 at all! Low end torque, not there. It loves being at a high rpm anytime your foot gets near the brake pedal ie down shifting. Then glugs around anytime your going up hill. IMHO the 6spd sucks! I love my 4.7/ 4 spd auto, shifts perfectly

2005 Kakdua LC with 386000 and only good Penrite oil and preventive maintenance This truck does 400ks just to get to town

Here's a few pics of this 340k rig. It paid me a visit over the weekend.

Truck has zero rust. Timing belt and water pump have been replaced twice from what I could tell. Last one around 300k if the service tags under the hood are to be believed.
