If its mine you are refering to, then no, i have an extra filling cap with a pipe, but its probably been for
water, im gonna put in an extra tank, but not shure what fits/to make yet.

yea mate sorry i ment the question for your rig as the filler cap is in abouts the same spot as the filler for troopys with a sub tank

man i could look at pics of your troopy all day

Thanks and same to you troopymad. Can you tell me a little more about your suspension/axle/steering setup? If my rig doesnt stop
bouncing like a rap artist on stage :bounce2: when im getting some weight inside it, then i have to do something like uve did.

its just the standard suspension/axle/steering setup with 5inch lift
and airbag helpers
im going to put the rear swaybar back as i think it may help offroad on big angles

His is also a 78 series troopy, with coil front suspension, and longer rear leaves compared to a 75 series troopy, so not really a direct comparison in what he can do to his suspension with what you can do with your 75 series troopy (without major modifications).

This is an 88 model 75 Series that comes into our work a fair bit, but it has only just been "modded" slightly since I saw it last. It used to have a flogged out 3F and a Patrol scoop on the bonnet - went pretty hard for an old girl.

As of today it now has an LS1 out of a HSV Senator (about 255KW) with the customised dash, shiniest new paint, Mickey Thompson Classic Lock II's, modified 100 Series Bullbar, twin pipes and polished stainless toolboxes that are a mirror finish. One of our lads got in the passenger seat for a strap around the block this morning and said that it stepped out of line everytime the foot went down in 2nd gear. Not sure of tranny setup (other than manual) but holy s***e does it boogie along. Built to destroy the V8 Turbo Deisel versions at a fraction of the price.......

Sorry for crappy phone pics, but it was the only camera I had.

I'd say that it will be at the AutoFest up here in a weeks time so I'll see if I can get better photo's there with a real camera...

Dammmm
that is one fine looking 75, thats is the prime combo with the LS1 it must hammer, it even has the cruise control stick and headlight dial from the commodore
first 75 series ive seen with a speedo thats gos to 280km ;D

Hah, I know what you mean. This is the only 75 I know of that has a chance of actually getting there too. He's hoping for about 280KW with a tune and better exhaust. Doesn't want to have to crack the LS1 open just yet.

Nothing fancy

Just OME lift and 33" tires, but the ride quality is much better than stock. Also included a picture of the new family pet. "Tully" is a 13 month old Boykin Spaniel.
