It was 26F on the drive to Rock Springs this morning. Are you going to the Nathaniel Rateliff concert in Jackson on Friday? We will be there weather allowing.

YEP!! I found a shop. Just need to decide if we want to buy right out or rent for a year. Then get everything where I can shutdown for 6-8 weeks to move.

Well we are both technically retired at 43 & 45... She knows I'll go ape $h!T crazy if I don't do something all day. Hell she can barely keep me out of the shop on weekends and its getting worse.

Not certain on the shenanigans this weekend, I have company coming in, and what they want to do will be the direction we go... But as 'ambassador' / host, I can figure out a plan for the Irish clan!

I lived in Reno for 2 years. I highly recommend renting before you take the plunge to buy. What I imagined it to be vs. what it was actually like to live there was a huge difference. Everybody's tastes and goals are different of course so you may love it more than I. Southern Nevada is much better for me and you can always visit the snow from here within a drive of an hour or two if you end up missing it. However after a short time here very few people miss the cold and snow!

Unsolicited advice from a stranger on the internet, thats gotta be worth thinking about right?
