please help me - roof rack

dear all very nice to be here first time i am from israel and need your help please ,
the nwe 2008 lc 200 is inisrael and offcourse we are not paying to get the 2 bard on the roof so i ask you to help me where i can order them online or buy from toyota and how much are they ?

u can see in the attached picture what i need and i hoep any one out there can help me

i wish i can get this 2 lines - in usa some how .

Am I correct that you cannot get the roof rails/racks in Israel?

ANYWAY, they're not that cheap here but I could get them for you for around $400US, plus shipping.

If you can get them locally it would be much chepaer, of course.
