Well some of them. Mine is not one of them.

All I have to say is Alans trail truck is nicer than most of our daily drivers. It's amazing what he has done. And he has a great shop.

Yeah some pretty lookin cruisers there, we better see some carnage....esp on that pretty blue one of Alan's. Oh yeah if anyone is readin this and hasn't left yet for gsmtr. When ya see Alan take a hammer and put a dent in the rear qtr panel. JP and I tried to convince him to do it before he got it all put together, that way he'd go all out on the trail instead of tryin to keep it pretty. So if he doesn't have a dent yet, someone do the man a favor and help him out. Haha... have fun you guys and we expect to see a lot of pics from gsmtr.

Man Alans 40 looks awesome considering how short a time he did it in. And that nordic blue was looking spiffy.

No carnage signs ?

ROFLMAO.....hell Jim's was laid on it's side last year.
Heck he's broken more birfields than he'll admit.
Mike slammed and banged his on lower 2 last year
like a wild man. Made it all the way without cable.
It's a great video. Bill on upper 2 was blast to
watch from Capt'n Jim's co-pilot seat. Great tape.
These are battle tested Cruisers my friends.
They just carry it well.
I'm tickled Alan's got a truck for wheeling. I'm
positive he's gonna have an even better time this year.
Go get 'em Alan!

You Guys are too kind. Looking forward to a few dents to repair!

Hey Alan, I'm assuming you are Hard40, good to see you on the board finally. Expect to see more of ya! Chuck

Alan, i saw the air cleaner you had on your 40, thats a weber right? is the top part also a filter element? thats pretty cool, where did you find that?

My 40's fever is slowly taking over, man those are some stout ass looking cruisers. Soon I hope...............soon.

Here to report that GSMTR was great fun. My truck performed beyond my expectations. Broke the steering box but ran into some good 'ol boys from Knoxville with a welder and was able to get home from upper 2. Congrats to Jere Peterson for winning the creme of the crop at the raffle! my only regret is not getting to wheel with Capt. Jim, Bill, Mike, Todd and all the Florida Men. A few improvements are planned for the truck. EITHER YOU GOT TO RUN WITH THE BIG DOGS OR STAY UNDER THE PORCH!
Getting to talk a while with Mike Fayhey was alone worth the trip. Wish the Clemson Mafia could have been there!

Man good to hear from ya Alan, glad ya got some internal carnage on the 40. How bout the external carnage or is it still all pretty? I wanna see some pics of ya'll wheelin out there. Later on

Alright now we know Alan will come down the trails with us around the upstate since he wont have to drive those pristine beauties all the time. But we need PICS!

Great time was had by all up in SC and GSMTR! Schedueling (or lack, thereof), prevented us florida guys from getting together with ALan and Alex, although we did spend some time together at my camp and the saturday diiner/raffle. ALan made a great "fashionably late" entrance to the Dinner/raffle after everyone was done eating. Fortunately, his good wife Mary snagged some food for he and Andrew before they packed up and left. Hats-off to STLCA for another fine show.

As Alan mentioned earlier, Jerry Peterson was quite the lucky man at the raffle.

Jim
