These are a friend's W. E. wheels with 37's on them. Very nice! I would say the 3 3/4" backspace be the way to go. I would look at how close your current front wheels are to the tie rod/steering bits then account for the larger wheels/tires. Be nice to not have to run wheel spacers and they are more$$$ but then again that doesn't seem to be the issue

Well, I decided on a set of tires and wheels... And the verdict is... Mickey Thompson Classic Lock with BFG KM 2's. I was not crazy about the simulated lock, but I could not find a wheel that I even remotely liked other than the Walked Evans and I did not want 17's.
So I need to get my Alcans on and order new shocks and I'll be one step closer to finishing this marathon project.

Nice! Long time coming... What are the final specs on the wheels? I have had good luck so far with some ProComp MX6 shocks.

The wheels are 16 x 8 with 4 inch back space, tires are 315 x 70 x 16's
