Wanted to start a new thread for Expo East 2016, share information and for anyone going post up here. I am planning to attend.
Big news, they just announced the location has changed to the Biltmore Estate, or what I call my summer home. So up your game, wax your rig, tea and crumpets everyone, buy some safari suits from Banana Republic and lets go!

I plan on heading out earlier and perhaps cover Hurricane Creek, Gorges, Jocassee, Musterground Rd, or other areas. So will probably arrive there a bit dirty. Anyone welcome to come along.

ahhh Izzy just join me at the NW Overland Rally in June. With the difference in price you can buy a plane ticket out here. LOL.

The Biltmore, wow. Land Rover must have turned up the pressure to get that.

I wanted to make sure the rest of you barbarians have a visual of the new minimum requirements for the Expo tents at the Biltmore, this is mine. The bunk beds are optional if my kids come. Otherwise the billiards table goes there.

Hoping I can put in for the time off I'd be interested in tagging along or meeting up.
 
I'm paid from last year.
 
It's at the Biltmore, so last years fee will cover the taxes do this years fee.
 
Finally found a suitable tent to bring for the Biltmore this year. I hope it's not too crass.... May need help with setting it up



Edit: Amazing how you can be "with nature" while looking through a giant plate glass window. Might as well be watching on TV

I'll be a sponsor this year. Will be throwing a huge party Sat night with a few kegs and maybe a pig. Should be a fun party.
 
Nah it says sold out for October, but I do see that note that says they don't go on sale until June/July timeframe....must just be a typo.

It's Biltmore dirt, expensive dirt. And they force you to buy a pass for the big ass house regardless. Nice house, no cable
