These pics aren't really awesome but you get the idea. The light is definitely brighter but i dont know if its throwing as far or whatever. Obviously kind of different bulb design but it was all they have in these retarded bases.

Yes theyre both wired per the diagram shown prior. No 4lo or vss safetys. Pulling power from factory fuse panel too.

I was going to call you to see if you were out there....... but I took a nap.... then had some ice cream.... then another nap.

Well the ongoing Diamond (cough shyt cough) bullshyt continues.

Found a leaking weld on the rear housing. Yay. Luckily it's in a spot i think i can deal with without tearing the whole thing down again.

Also found that the twin stick is leaking pretty good somewhere too. Im sure it has to do with brilliant engineering.
Again, luckily i was planning on pulling it out and tweaking the sticks a bit. They are currently a little closer to the seats than i like. Probably will have to use copious amounts of glue or possibly add an o-ring or two. Going to definitely plug the stupid vent.

Aside from that, the wider front and no spacers has made a significant improvement on my turning radius.

Truck runs down the road at 50-70 pretty damn good. No tracking or wandering. Still super stoked on the Coopers. They're a little lumpy first thing but smooth out great.

Resealed the twin and straightened up the sticks. Reseal may or may not take. Either way i have a fix if it doesn't. So pics of the new vs old stick positions. Also a pic of leaky weld.

Tonights mission, rebuild front diff. :(
It seems i fubard the setup and have pinion slop, noticed front pinion leak this week.

Thats what i get for not changing the bearings....

Welp, like i always say. Anything worth doing once, is worth doing five times.

Diff currently draining before i yard it. 45 minutes. ;)

Those FROR inners seals are garbage though. Both tubes have oil in them.
Pics later.

Four hours setting up diff.
Monkeyed around with the old bearings for a minute before swapping.
Turns out the outer pinion bearing had some damage.
New bearings gtg.
Luckily i bought two seals since i forgot to put the oil slinger back in the first time . Doh

Going to reassemble after food.

Done. Aside from oil. I like to let RTV setup overnight if i have the option.

Pics of tubes.
