Registered/Paid. Needed @Teddy to square me away since I thought I'd already paid... Sucks getting old!
By the way, are there any easy/moderate trails at this place? I've neglected some issues on my 80 for a while... The truck hasn't let me down, but I want to make sure I can still drive it 6 hours home after the event.

According to their maps, yes there are. However, I've heard this changes when it get wet at all. None of us have wheeled here, so it's going to be a learning experience.

Planning to drive the F350 and tow the Yota..... Also plannning to have the grill loaded in the F350, in the event it is needed. Add a couple of coolers, some chairs, a 10x10 tent or two and portable electricity and it can make our base camp.

Hey guys, we have been discussing this and we have come to the conclusion that we aren't going to be able to make it this year. Logistics of starting a house, starting kindergarten, having abused the grands all summer to watch said pre-k since we had to move and couldn't get summer child care close to the apartment, and having no where to house our spastic dog who can't be around other people or dogs has left us in a bad spot. The Bad thing is that all those are not only going to keep us away from this one, but likely from alot of fall events. 
I would like to see about getting a couple of shirts, @Teddy can I paypal you some $$ for a couple? Also, this means we are out of the cabin as well. I hope that doesn't put you guys in any kind of bind.
Again, I am pretty bummed about this, and Erin said I could come alone, but with all that is going on, I hate to leave her. I know you guys didn't need to hear the sob story, but felt the need to make sure the UC guys knew that this wasn't just a "eh, I don't feel like it" decision.
I look forward to seeing lots of pics and I hope the weather is amazing for the return to Tellico. Hope to be back on the trails next spring.

remind me about this cabin... I like AC...
We'll have The Lewis Cabin on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. The site states 9 person minimum, but that doesn't seem right given there are only 2 bedrooms... Plus, the girl that I made the reservations with laughed at the requirement. I've never been there, I don't know if anyone in UC has either, but I think the cabin will be a decent size.

I will be present Friday and Saturday nights, if there's space please put me down. What's the price? If I need to anty up for three nights I'll pay it.
I have an air mattress if needed. I do snore and sometimes have gas. Not sure if that helps or hurts.
And my name is crossed off that list, but I will be there of course 
. Plan is to rough it with my brethren in a van down by the river with my doggie son. Hopefully nights won't be too miserable after my midnight fly fishing/river bath sessions. I may succumb to the city slicker cabin if I run out of enough alcohol to placate me to sleep.

I'm confused, so I am trying to secure a spot in the cabin but may camp in my truck, down by the river, but atleast I will have paid for a hot shower, maybe. I just need coffee in the morning. a small tub of it to sit in.
I will have Starbucks instant coffee. Pretty high class. It may or may not get mixed with the whiskey.
No idea what the price is. The 3 night stay is around $600 give or take, we'll square up when we get there but it will certainly be fair. Since I'm not familiar with the arrangements I hate to say exactly what the price is... Wouldn't hurt to bring the air mattress, but I think there ought to be a bed. OH, and don't worry, you've got a spot in the cabin!
Not concerned about the snoring or the gas. Just remember the 3 rules for lighting farts and we'll all have a good time!

My motor-house... that I live in:
I'd be in it... but I've got cruiser bidness on Thursday in the Dirty (ATL) and none of my non-yota camper/offroader crew has been to this park yet and we've had mixed previews of what a large motorhouse will and will not fit in there. We've been told a few things, from no power, to two outlets, to the owner or manager promising RV hookups. So's since this is a "back to roots" kinda event, I thought maybe I'd camp in my truck!
But I'm still gone win the whole raffle. Count on that.
