Cracked the radiator from the initial swap installation so I opened up the trash can then started on v.2! Much better this way. Top and bottom subframe for the Rad/IC/PS Cooler, new shroud, 2F mech fan and clutch (new 20K Silicone Fluid), and machined up the adapter to fan. WHEW

Some touch ups to follow but overall it's there!

Did you weld in a piece of flat bar along the bottom? Was your core bent?

There were plenty of issues with the original install. I can't even say I could weld reasonably all those years ago!
Thanks, only curious because I think I have a bent core and was curious if that was a viable fix or just added for extra strength on yours.

Consoles are being manufactured this week and are expected to ship in July.

Thanks all for the support !

If one is coming your way, remember, all hardware is included so remove your old console, open up your new console box, adjust your arm rests, add your switches/phone mount, and bolt it right in!

Been shipping a ton of parts the last few weeks to catch up from the 80 series hordes that invaded the small and quaint Orikawatown!

I'll be opening up a Garage Sale section of the website to offload (mostly 60) parts in the coming week or so which will also feature Scratch and Dent orikawa panels for those needing parts for hard-working rigs without pristine finishes or cut as one-offs or prototypes.

Running a 20% SALE on weatherstripping for the 60 series folks. This can be attached to OEM door panels and is always provided with new orikawa Door Panel purchases. It is just like OEM except it is fixed in place with 3M VHB tape. IT IS ALREADY CHEAPER THAN OEM but still has the same quality.

Use it for homemade door cards, to replace your stiff and scratchy OEM belt, or even with Aussie Door Cards which used to be the only other option.

I don't ever run sales so get this while you can. Through Sunday 10/6

Been asked a few times recently so here's a reminder - the MOLLE tabs can be easily pushed out from the back prior to installing the door, or pry it forward if it is already installed and then slip the bag/pouch over the tabs to secure. If you want to secure the bag on the door panel, push the tabs back into the door and your bag will stay put!

Very nice work! And what are the molly bags you have on the doors?

I've been running Eberlestock bags for a bit. THIS is my new favorite - radio/flashlight pockets on the sides

Be careful when choosing bags though... companies will sneak proprietary spacing (inc. Eberlestock) into their new products and the spacing may not fit MOLLE/PALS standards.

can't wait to get my 1/4 panels! :bounce:

Happy Install :) Feel free to use Moxie as a Model :rofl::rofl:

Awesome, I cant wait to receive the door panels. And the bags pictured are the "Coyote brown" colorway correct?

For another option try Blue Ridge Overland Gear. No affiliation, just a happy customer and their stuff is built to Molle/PALS standard and made in the USA.
