Ran across a picture of my old truck that I drove around during college, so I figured I'd start a new thread (not sure if we have one or not). Loved the bed on it as it carried my drums and my surfboards...

ohhh... like this thread.... unfortunately most of my pics are back at my Mom's place in LA.... so if I can't find any i'll post up pics of cars that look like them on google images later tonight. ;)

Which followed Stella blue with those huge 31 x 10.5's :D

Not the most flattering shot somewhere on the lost coast north of petrolia ca. Got me through college and to Cali and back twice. Also started the wheeling bug joining up with a group for an eel river cleanup trip while water was down

And big red (smelled like a cinnamon stick from PO). Think there was a pack of gum in the vents. Talk about bare bones. Vinyl throughout no ac 5spd with no tach. But got me through HS and to all the mtb races around the state. Oh and thought I was big pimpin with some 30 x 9.5's on a sweet set of saw blade wheels :D

Man, Brodi sure has changed over the years.

I had a dark blue Spitfire John that my brother left me (and the $125/mo payment) when he joined the Army. Lost it in a head-on battle with an Olds98. Also, had a pristine 73' MGB that I loved. It too was totaled on a late night cruise in the mountains of Va. Damn, I was a lousy driver back then... :bang:

I can't find any old pictures of my first FJ60. It was a rotted out 87, freeborn red, called "Big Red" of course.

My second car was a 1987 BMW 635CSi, similar to the below, same color and everything. I miss that car.

Laura's cars were a 1998 Jetta 1.8, a 1991 BMW 525i, a 1989 Jetta Diesel and most recently a 2001 Jetta 1.8t.

First car - 1987(?) Oldsmobile Firenza Cruiser. It might even have had a turbo, but I can't remember. Same blue as this pic except shiny and new with slightly less factory rust. It, luckily, decided to follow the mechanical failure path that our 1984 Cutlass Cierra (also blue) had taken, thus making my father decide it needed to disappear in summer of 1990. A black 1991 S-10 4x4 with a sweet shell took its place just in time for senior year of high school.

First car that I actually paid for was a 1999 Mitsubishi Galant. Silver. Cloth. $21500. Oh, factory driving lights! I felt like I had finally made it by buying a new $20+k car. I'd like to never do that again. I never allowed smoking in that car; 3 years later I was cleaning it to sell and needed to move it about 100 feet…in the middle of my smoke…windows down so it'll be ok…what could go wrong? One cigarette sized burn hole dead center front of drivers seat.

Here's the eye candy…

can't find too many pics so these are either pics of the car or cars that look very similar

1st car 69 camaro.... 350 in there when I got it 454 when I sold it....... (never should have done that last part of course in those late 90's in LA you could buy cars like this for 500-1000)

Old Smokey 84 diesel burban 4x4
(had big plans for this one... including the turbo kit I picked up but when the trans lost 2nd and 4th gear I decided to scrap it because along with the body and interior work needed there was no point putting money into it anymore.)

87 300SDL

(had big plans for this.... swedish pump, bigger turbo, 5 speed swap, but needed money and someone offered me the right price for it)

Had a plethora of others, not worth mentioning.... aswell as many group cars my friends and I had in LA. We used to buy muscle cars for $500 fix them and race them at the street races and sell them to do it with another car.

Old mustangs, buicks, challengers, camaros, firebirds, and others... but since they didn't belong to just me I didn't include them.

here's one of my first car 80 Z28

I've had a few worth noting, some of which I only have actual photos and nothing digital. Moving forward into the digital world, here are some of the later cars:
