I used to like to watch overland videos...... but i've found blogs and videos made by us here in American attract mostly people that like to smell their own farts and spend more time talking and showing you around their 30k plus of gear and patches than the actual scenery of the places they go to. Or setting up ridiculous action shots. expedition overland seems to have fallen to that. After the Alaska season they seemed to be a little too full of themselves with high handed speeches and reality tv style ramped up drama for effect.
I do like reading through blogs from more traditional adventurists though. This one from this Norwegian couple in their patrol is one of my all time favs.

Hi All! unURBAN has been on the road for a couple of months, and as we drove out of Dead Horse, Alaska, a couple of days ago, we concluded that the "test drive" from Florida to Prudhoe Bay went okay, and that it is now time to launch "The Real Trip".
