No JP I think the correct statement is....maybe the 2 40's in Clemson will finally make their virgin trip to Tellico and not brake down on the way there!

this is pure fantasy.......... :grinpimp:

Would anyone like to head up this event? I need a few good people.

Now that we know GSMTR will be our signature event I'd like to make this gathering a little less formal and more laid back.

Goals
Still would like to do dinner one night (I don't mind cooking)
Design a t-shirt

I can help with the shirt if need be. I still have the connection with a guy through work. Will save alot of $ for members as cafe express charges an arm and a leg.

They will mail it the problem is your dad will kill you for not walking before the post office gets it to your house.

I should be able to make this one. My finals should end on Aug. 7th, and the wife doesn't go back to school untile next thur. I should be able to make it to Greenville thur. night. Can I follow someone up there Fri. morning? Would like to trailer the 40 to Greenville and take her the rest of the way from there.

Anyone else driveing a 40 up the mountain?

Jeremy

I'm pretty sure to be in on this one... and I'll drive the 40 up the mountain, but will take the "flat" route from Atlanta.

Western North Carolina, right on the Tennessee border, if you're looking at a map, you should look for Tellico Plains or Murphy, NC. I'm sure someone here has GPS coordinates.

Rick,
you go just like going to Cullowee but stay on 74/64 for another hour or sointo Murphy

thanks, the last trip to Cullowee was during school and he missed a few extra days do to a brake failure. It had to be the first long outing as well so talking with his mother about another trip during school is going to be a challenge. This being before school starts is perfect.

Is this open to non members as well? A few friends might be interested coming if it's possible, all Toyotas

Rick needs to find a beater 80 to leave down here for wheeling trips!

If they are going to drive then why not just get them to join? Its only $15 and they get a sticker. :bounce:
