I've 285/75/17 pro comp xtreme mud tires. They are running well. More than 3000km went now. Most of road I run was off road.

how many inch lift did the rear get? i thought 720 are supposed to give -25mm? seems taller after the ome spring. how is the ride?

That's what confused the hell out of me at ARB. As I don't have a steel bumper and am not going to load the vehilce heavily they recommended these springs and said they'll balance out out and the vehicle wont be higher at one end. They said it will lift the lc 2"

Lift height

Different country has different stock height of the LC200. We just dont know where the Old Man Emu got the basis of the measurment in term of height. These confused buyer like me. An example would be the OME720 this is -0.75 spring but i you install it in the middle east spec cruiser it would lift as what happend with Desert nomad cruiser. As with my cruiser here in Philippines i got stock spring but higher at least 1.5" from GXR and US ver cruiser and if i install the OME721 is it going to be the same as my original spring lift? Does anybody know where did OME got their measurment???

That's why in the end I told the salesman that I wanted a lift and wanted the front and rear balanced. If you see the desert safari 200's over here they have a higher lift at the rear so it balances when it's heavily loaded. He said the front are 50mm and the rear are 25mm as the front end is heavier and I won't be carrying heavy loads. Approx 100kg once a month. So I just told him I'll have it fitted and if one end is higher than the other I'll come back.

Also not sure if it plays a role but my cruiser is not equipped with KDSS

My cruiser is a GXR"+"

Had a talk with ARB. The rear springs will lift the vehicke less than 20mm and and aren't negative springs that'll lower the cruiser. With this setup the vehicle is levelled out but the rear springs don't sit in their housings and are very loose when the wheels are at full travel. So was given a set of spacers will fit them on wednesday and see if that solves the problem. Not a solution but hopefully will stop the springs clanging on every bump and hump.

*Edit: Still some play with the spacers on

** Did a 400km round trip to get down to ARB and replaced the rear springs with the OME721 (medium load) which sit properly in the housing.

Finally! After long research what spring and shocks will be install. I decided to go with:

Spring
OME 700 front
OME 721 rear

nitrocharger shocks only.

Some of my friends said that using the SPORTS shocks will give a firm ride as the non sport has soft valving.

I will feel and see the height and ride.

I measured the stock height and here are the result

Front Left 28.25" Right 28.75"
Rear Left 31.5" Right 31.75"

all the measurement are from bottom of the original 17" wheel to the lip of the fender.

Dersert Nomad, Please post the picture after you install the 721 and please measure it as well. TIA!

I'll get some pictures tonight, the rear end is slightly higher than before.

As for the measurement, you measured from the bottom of the wheel to the fender, I'm guessing like this

Front measure up to 30.5"
Rear come up to 31.5"

Desert Nomad, Thank you for the post. What spring did you use? OME721 for the 31.5"? and since you installed the fender flares is it the same level as the original fender?

Yes, I changed the rear springs to the OME721, and the fender flares come out very slightly not more than 5mm.

I finally got the unit with the spring and shocks installed and re aligned the wheel. everything is just perfect as what i wish to happen.

now was

front 30.5" 28.5"
rear 32" 31.5"

measured from bottom of the 17" wheel up to the fender.:bounce::bounce2:

Congrats! Looking good, my next step is to get larger tires. I think there's around 3” of clearance between the tire and mudflap / sidestep
