Okay, let the debate begin. Anyone have experience with both of these setups? What I am seeing so far is that the Bilstein 6112/5160 is much better for a mostly stock 200, while the MT64 is better for one that has extra weight. HOWEVER, some shops, like Slee, are die hard OME MT64. They wont even sell the 6112 for the LC200 because they say its not a good set up for even the stock weight, which is a fairly heavy rig to start with. What say you?

The MT64 is pretty new, and I haven't come across user reviews anywhere yet. I messaged Cruiser Outfitters and they said they had installed one recently and the owner was pleased.

My last cruiser had the 6112s (with OME 2721 rear springs) on it for the last 100k miles and it worked well. It's a bit stiffer off the top compared to my stock 2016, but no real issues. One of the front struts is leaking slightly now, and probably needs replaced. Overall I have been pleased with the 6112s, but I am debating trying the MT64 instead this time.

I'll probably take the plunge one way or the other in the next few months, hopefully some more MT64 users chime into this thread as they get out in the wild.

Thanks man, for that feedback. How much lift did the 2721 give you in the rear?
