Well I'm convinced this is the route I want to go with.

Couple follow ups, to connect your phone to the Teyes system, are you using their wireless or wired dongle for Android auto / Apple Car play, or can you just plug straight into the Teyes system (and does it charge the phone this way).

Have you gotten the rear camera wired up yet, if so how hard was it to connect? Does it automatically come on when you shift into reverse like the factory camera? I saw on the Teyes Australia site they have an upgraded Sony backup camera I was thinking about getting it with the dash camera. Also wondered about their 360 camera system but not sure about drilling the mirrors or if they can be used as rock cameras.

Thanks.
The kit came with 3 total USB plug ins wired directly to the headunit. I used them with my phone to do the Apple Carplay wired in. I did not need to buy a separate wired or wireless dongle. I now mainly use the Apple Carplay via bluetooth. Both methods work great. I believe Android auto may only be used via wireless (I do not have an android so definitely research that further).

I did buy the Teyes Sony rear camera, but I haven't gotten around to installing it yet. The factory backup camera does not work with CC3. I do have the Teyes front facing/dash camera installed and working and it is awesome! I would highly recommend that.

Check out what got delivered today! Can’t wait to get these installed.

I just ordered the Teyes CC3 as well. When you installed, did you replace the amp and speakers as well? I am thinking this is the route I want to go as well, just not sure how this will work. Does the CD changer get yanked? Route the speaker wire directly from the new amp to the new speakers, or can I tie in behind the deck? Keep the old amp to power the center speaker for calls only?

I think it looks better without the raptor lights. Noticed you had them installed in the first pic but took them off in these latest ones.

I got the Unique Style Racing Tail Lights for the GX470 installed. I think they turned out awesome and massively improved the look of the rig. They function great, but obviously this is primarily a cosmetic upgrade, but one that I think is definitely worth it if you want that blacked out look. Check out my video below.

Those look great, I will definitely but them on my modification list!

I agree with the other comments. Looks awesome on the black truck!

A few weeks ago, I picked up the Malone Profile 18B Cargo Box for those times where we run out of cargo space in the GX or my wife’s Ford Explorer. Check out my video going over the features of this box and how to install. Overall, I am really happy with the functionality of this box and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to take on and off.

Ordering one item is too expensive because it looks like it ships from Poland. How long did you wait for your order to be delivered?

I’m researching an attic shelf, but didn’t want to get all the other gear like the quarter panels.

Shipping took like 7-10 days, not bad at all. The shipping price is a little steep like you said especially if you’re only getting one thing.
