Has anyone tried installing a separator between the breather hose instead of or in conjunction with a PCV separator?

I actually splurged and installed a large Condensator a few weeks ago

I'll post the results after a full month, but as expected, not much oil has been caught so far :meh:

The breather hose has always had more of an oily film on the inside when compared to the PVC hose, so I'm thinking about adding another separator there as well :hhmm:

Here is what I did. Lot going on because not much of it looks stock but its an AMW oil catch can. It's by far the best I've seen since it was introduced here to MUD about five years ago.

Using the glass jar for the video footage and initial testing, but will eventually switch over to the plastic jar :hhmm:

I wanted a clear reservoir so I could easily see the level and I wanted it extra large and deep so I wouldn't have to drain it often and that oil wouldn't get sucked up when I'm wheeling steep inclines
