Other than aesthetics, what are the advantages of the 17" TRD wheels over OEM 18s?

Just sealed the deal on the TRD's. $400 for the wheels, and paying him $50 to deliver them to me... It's a 2-1/2 hour round trip and 10 gallons for me so I'm happy to do that.
Just so it's clear, these are rims only. No lugs, valve stems or TPMS sensors. Call it $112.50 per rim plus shipping. Cody, I can just bring yours to CO in Sept if that works for you?

Drat and double drat! I saw that listing and emailed him 3 days ago asking him to confirm lugs and saying I wanted them. I note he changed his listing and you guys got in under me. I should have called him I guess. Oh well, that's how it goes. No doubt there will be another bus along in 5 minutes.
For anybody interested, I'm as keen as a super keen thing to buy some TRD RW 17s. If you come across any please PM me. I'll pay to have them collected and shipped down to me in NZ or I will collect when I'm up there in November. Matter of fact it would be really handy if somebody living between California and Colorado or South West States would be prepared to store them for me for a few months. I'm visiting US in November. If I found a set I could buy them and have them shipped to your address. I get the feeling sellers would rather deal with somebody stateside.
