I have a set of OEM 70 mirrors BNIB. $225 shipped if anyone wants them.

As advertised, very small gap. Does anyone who runs the 70 mirrors worry about water or have a solution?

I just bought some also. I was hoping they would work with the gaskets they come with. But they sell these.
thirty more bucks! not sure if it solves the issue, or if the bases are the same size? There is always a sealant of some kind.

Don't have them yet......but @Prime 's post in the "what did you do with your 60 this weekend" thread SOLD me! It is page 628 post #12,550.
Your welcome.

I'd double check on this. The mirrors from City Racer come with gaskets. I do not think that the ones you linked are any different than the ones that come in the box.

A 3D printed adapter base could solve the fitment issues

Now, if only I had access to a 3d printer...

I did have some clips that a fellow mudder sent me to secure wiring from my backup camera mirror attachment. They did not hold up through the Texas summer. I know there are different materials though.

if you can make a file, you can outsource it to a mass printer for a fee and in your choice of materials. For a mirror pad, it should be pretty easy.

Are there any markets in other parts of the world that have an electric 70 series mirror?
