Should I get a new O2 sensor for my 91. It has almost 200k on it and to my knowledge it has never been replaced. I'm having a new exhaust made. My wife banged it up on a recent mud bogging expedition in our front yard. It has a nice whistle. I'm also tired of all the rattles of the shields.

keep it till it fails

If you are just getting a new pipe from the manifold back it shouldn't even need to be touched as it is mounted where the pipes all dump together and you should be able to attach it all from there back.

I'm going from the manifolds back. That is why I asked as I will need to put a new bung in the down pipe. I'm going to go dual to y under the Driver's footwell and then straight back 2.5" out the DS rear. Much easier than the stock exhaust going over the frame rail and over the transfer case.
