I have several inches of snow in the driveway so I’m asking g this question out of pure laziness.

I bought two new O2 sensors and gaskets, but I didn’t order the two bolts that each require.

Before I, or a hired mechanic attempt to replace the sensors, and possible damage the bolts while doing so, I’d like to replace the bolts with new.

Can anybody advise on bolt specs, or a source where I can procure them?

Thanks, Mike.

Great information, thanks.

I should have mentioned the year for sure. Mine is a ‘94.

I just purchased it last September and have been doing a lot of work on it since purchase, however the Fall weather disappeared faster than I could work.

I did ask the Toyota dealer in town about replacing both sensors but when the service lady said something about “cutting the pipe” I just stopped listening and when she said “probably $900 plus” I just replied, “Thank you.”

I just dropped my Cruiser off at a local mechanic to have a tie rod end replaced. I asked them about replacing both sensors and I think I’ll schedule them to do the work.

IIRC, they are M6x1 studs, you can get zinc chromate flanged nuts to go over the studs at the auto store.
Depending on how long they've been on there, (original equipment?) you might be cutting the old ones off.

Thank you for the correction.

I took the part numbers OGBeno supplied in a post above and my Toyota dealer was able to order them and said “just a few days.”

Appreciate the assist OGBeno, thanks.

I have an appointment scheduled with a mechanic in two weeks to replace both sensors. Having the studs and nuts in hand will hopefully help to alleviate any delays. I’ll report back afterwards if any performance gains are noticeable
