After about 20 minutes of driving, my O/D OFF light starts blinking. My understanding is that this is an indicator that the transmission has sensed a problem and is throwing a code (kinda like the MIL and the engine codes for OBD-I) I have a 93 FSM and it states jumping the the E1 and Tt pins in the diagnostics port (in the engine) but this doesn't work for my year. Also, I have a OBD-II port inside the cab (by the left knee, in the fuse panel) but this only pulls engine codes and my reader says no engine codes.

Anyone know how to read the transmission codes for a 95 LC?

Thanks much.

You need a different code reader that can read transmission codes also. I have the same problem and the code I have is P0710 which is either a speed sensor or trans temp sensor or bad wire.

Search around the forum for P0710. My rig drives fine but that flashing light is annoying as heck. Haven't done anything about it in a year and half.

Your 95 is OBDII, so codes are reader are different than a 93 which is OBDI.
