PHH hose bypassed
Radiator swapped
We pulled the oil pan and inspected the rod bearings, those were all in good shape so we didnt pull the block and do those, however we did pull the pistons up while the head was off and replaced the rings and honed the cylinders.
Driver wheel bearing replaced (have passenger parts, just not done yet)
Diff and Transfer case fluids changed at approx 225k

QUIRKS AND ISSUES: (being honest an upfront)
Front passenger seat need the Gamiviti seat gears (currently dont move forward or backward) (I have them but have not installed)
Main mast antenna is gone, replaced with interior hidden unit
Ground loop type click noise in stereo ONLY when in FM mode. I exclusively use USB or Bluetooth, so I haven't cared to fix it.
A/C control panel has LED bulbs in it, these are flickering and need to be replaced.
Sometimes the ceiling light for the front doors doesnt like to work...if you tap the light it will work, I have determined this to be the actual LED bulb issue not a power issue.
Passenger side front radius arm has a small click when articulating...noticed bushing and bolt have a little play to the chassis, the bolt is bottomed out. A mechanic told me that this is common and the fix is to put a washer in there to get the chassis to tighten up to the bushing sleeve again. Noticed the driver side already had this done.

QUESTIONS:
1. Is the head gasket done? YES, see above
2. Is the PHH done? yes, see above
3. Is it reliable? I have daily driven it for the 2.5 years that I have owned it. Its been great, even better now that the HG is done.
4. Will I deliver? I will meet someone within NM state lines.
5. Will I ship? You can arrange shipping, but only after your cashiers check or transfer had cleared and complete. However for this type of rig, it is preferred that you come see it in person first and then drive it home.
6. Do the lockers work? Yes.

Feel free to ask questions on this thread or PM me to have me provide my contact info.

Note: I had this posted a year ago and took it down because my other vehicle blew a motor. That all has been remedied now so it's time to let the Lexus go.

I am sure this will go quick but I have a seller teetering on the edge of backing out of a deal on me. He had a family member contract corona and had to head back east just as my cashiers check got here. If the seller backs out of my current deal we have I would be very interested in this rig.

@RyRoRyan any idea if this would pass CA smog? e.g. was EGR removed or any similar mods to engine? Great looking 80.

Should pass a smog test. I live in a emissions testing county and it passes here. Everything is intact. The aftermarket exhaust has a cat and the OBD system has no engine lights. Check engine lights are pet peeve of mine and I try to keep things runnings correctly. Not sure how much more strict CA is...prob more than New Mexico is, but I can tell you that here it is good.
EDIT: After looking more, I DONT THINK IT WILL PASS CA SMOG. General consensus online is that it does have a high performance cat on it, but there is no SMOG certification for it that I can find.

CA is the strictest smog state, so if the cat was removed and replaced it would have to have a CARB certificate/# (or was it a catback exhaust?). Can you post the smog sticker under the hood to help with the CA smog question.

Pretty sure thats not under the hood. This is a header back system so the stock cat is gone. They have a cat in their system however. The company is gone now, and I have tried looking it up to see if I can find their compliance, but no such luck yet. I'll update here if I do.

Ok, we are about 80% on this. We are in Virginia so we gotta see what we can do. Gotta wait on travel for a bit. Don‘t care about cal smog issues either!
Mike

I get you on the travel issues. I figured that once we all got locked up, the sales of the fun toys would slow down. Once we are relaxed and capable of playing again, sales will pick back up.

PM Sent!

Still available. I have a few interested parties I believe, but right now most everybody is waiting on states to easy lockdowns before traveling a bunch.
