Hey!
I've been a YT member for about a year and I'm just making the transition since our club is moving to the IH8MUD board.
I've purchased a 1966 FJ45 Wagon from Australia that needs some help but was a great deal. It was originally an Australian military vehicle that was imported by the government. The Aussies apparently didn't import these 45's that year. Obviously it never saw any combat. I'm going to restore it on a very limited budget so I'll be asking all sorts of questions. Parts and technical info will be a huge help.
My eBay name is DuxburyClassics so some of you may have seen some of the cruisers I've imported. It's a hobby gone mad but I get to drive different cruisers all the time and I meet loads of interesting people!
Anyone with a 45 wagon that can give me some pointers or know of some good parts places. give me a shout! I'm here in MA where all the indigenous cruisers rusted out ages ago. I definitely need rims and tires (can't use the original split rims here) and interior parts. SOR.com seems like they have the most stuff for the 45 wagon.
Great to be here! BTW, I'm a wine importer in real life so if anyone needs some vino just call!!!!!!!!!!!
