New UC logo

After 6 months of countless e-mails and tons of members and non members input we have finally decided on the new logo.

There we a few requirements.

It had to have our name Dohh
Needed to be clear and easily distinguished
Had to have a 40 incorporated in it
Needed to retain the red

Other things we wanted was a single color for printing and media purposes.


I would like to thank everyone involved in making this happen. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be.

New stickers should be ready at the annual.

I absolutely love it! Glad I have not stuck the current sticker on my rig yet, I would just have to scrape it off to make room for this beauty.

I know we just got our LC stickers, but do you think we could change the "Upstate" to "Lowcountry" and have them in blue. I think it would be nice to have a coordinating sticker, or maybe offer both? What would be the cost to have some printed up for us LC guys incase we want to have options?

I really like the LC sticker the way it is.

No problem. Everybody is different, that's how God made us. If we all liked the same thing it would be a very boring world. I'll just be the funny guy in the LC sporting the UC sticker. I guess I can stick the LC sticker on my toolbox or something. again on the new logo!

It will be TEQ red. We are working on the Pantone color.

ROTFLMFAO!!!! Sounds like Richard is not partial to chicken colors!

It should look closer to this color. Although unless your monitor has been calibrated for high end graphics, there will be some variation between what you see on screen and what will be printed for stickers, shirts, etc...

[EDIT] OK I applied a different RED to see if it will take care of all you pinkies (FYI, mine appeared red on screen)...
