Curious to see how it lines up with the grill and lights etc once it's all tacked together.

Thanks for finally giving us a look at the bull-bar. Will you PM me with a realistic timeline for when my bumper will be started and how long to completion? Qball has me beat, but I'm coming up on 7 weeks...

Jas give me a call today and we can talk about it. Thank you

I got a ton of new stuff with this bumper to show you guys. Its reached 100 percent in fit and finish. I have a new rack design to show and tread plates redone. I've got 1 expo bumper ready to go. Price for bumper with full bull bar is $1100.00 that also includes powder.

Thanks for the texts and calls guys I appreciate your concern but I've just been nose to the grind stone trying to get as much going as I can. I just sat down about 30 mins after a shower and a big bowl of Capt. Crunch. catching up on emails and communications.
Had a interesting interaction with someone very well know in the Cruiser community. Not gonna say who just yet but what a gentlemen and a true car geek. I'm getting really excited to see how far I can take this. Once I get my building up and I have room to breath I'll be looking for a couple of distributors. I'll have a 40x40' section for warehouse and shipping.
So things are looking great and I'm excited to see what the next day brings.

Thanks for your continued support and business.

Here ya go

Uncleaned weld

Got rid of the center bar out on the ends. I just didnt like the way it looked so ...

I have a center cover that bolts on from the underside. I'll find you guys a pic of it

More pipe welds

Sleeved recovery holes

After the first grind

Me getting my grinding on

Winch cover with the same bevel I put on all the bumpers outside corners

Winch cover

Some beads

Sneak peak of the new rack

Things got a little screwy but we managed to get worked out.

All remaining bits of the screw were ground down and smoothed out.

Tread plates I mentioned about 4 months ago...

TIIIIIGGGHHTT!!!!!

Im all caught up on bumpers guys so I'll be excepting 5 new bumper orders!!!!

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!

I have one front bumper ready to ship tomorrow!!!!

$1100.00 plus shipping on a pallet. I'll throw in the 1/4" skid plate for free ($200.00)

All hardware included

I could really use a couple of orders as of now due to a couple of customers bailing on me at the last minute.

Thanks guys

Jason

Like and share please get the word out. Jonathon Ward from Icon TLC liked my page the other day... I was encouraged to call his office and speak with a rep from his company. Scared me to death... not really.
I've spoke to a couple of really great guys with shops that wanna sell my stuff and become distributors. All this in only a few short months. Looking forward to next year and seeing this company grow and expand. I pride myself on quality in design and function. It way take me longer to get there but when I do its gonna be quality. Sorry a couple of you didnt understand that. I tried to explain this more than once here on the boards. I dont hold it against you though, dealing with a new company is scary in some ways. Not knowing whats in the heart of the man behind the business or understanding their mission.

My mission is simple really,
I wanna make the best American made off road parts available. Thats it.

More new stuff to come, pintle swing down tire carrier and rear bumper for the 80 series are next.

Jason

bumper looks great...rack is nice and flat too, exactly what I would build for that piece. Excited to see the rear bumper!!

Looking great - nice work!

Thank you gentlemen. Im back on the couch again with burnt up eyes. Gotta get a new helmet. .. even though I just bought that sweet skull autoarc. .. its flashing me. Every time I have a heavy day of welding it burns me up. Gonna get a regular flip down full view helmet screw these autos. Sorry if I was spos to call or email... I cant see. Got a couple more ready to go...

I'm looking forward to seeing this pintle hitch mount. Sorry things didn't work out with the front bumper but I'm watching this new project. Be sure to link it here if you create a new thread.
