Good review coming from a great customer... he should be posting up.

LOL Q man I know brother its coming... this was the prototype that is residing on my rig. Yours will have the full bar in the front have no fears. So you want 4 mounts now... OK no prob. The 3 that I've been working on in between racks will have the full Monty, bull bars, covers for winch, etc. There will be a preview before powder. And I promise I'll take pics with my good camera so you can better see the details. More to come today...

Any updates? This is take a bit longer than expected even with holiday taken into consideration, a picture on the cellphone takes no time.

I picked up my rack and one of the original bumpers from Jason over the weekend. I can tell from what he has around the shop that he has been busy. There are racks and bits of bumpers in various stages lined up.

It's somewhat surprising to me that people can't grasp the concept of a single guy working out of his garage. Don't mean to sound harsh, but if you want it yesterday, get an ARB off of eBay.

Between building, packaging, trips to the powdercoater, runs to FedEx and customers showing up for 3 hours (me), I can see how things get behind. If you're buying something from a one man shop, expect it to take some time. If time is more important to you, buy something that's already made and in stock somewhere.

NOTE: This is my opinion only. I'm not speaking for Jason here.

It is hard to grasp, but I used to be a one man catering business, and now can properly address my customers, having employees doing the nuts and bolts work. I used to have a hard time doing it all, it def ain't easy....

Jason, to really be able to keep up, you might want to put a realistic build/wait time for orders, or hire a helper? Just my $.02

Good work so far!

I do its typically 2-3 weeks. With this new stuff its gonna be longer.
I was at the powder coat'r today and all my stuff was patiently waiting for sand blaster. I didnt take any pics because where his blaster booth is its dark and dank. Should be good to go in the next couple of days, with the holiday we lost a few days. It will be well worth the wait guys hang in there.

I can totally understand he has been busy and things take a while. Now even as a one man shop it doesn't take too long to simply set expectation properly and a quick communication to the customers. Again I said I could understand it.....to a point. Now after about 10 weeks since I have paid and left Jason alone for about 10 weeks without seeing a picture of the prototype is pretty patient if you ask me. Also my last posts from a week ago are not answered and my PMs for days now have not been answered.

Again I'm not complaining it's taking too long, I'm complaining about lack of communications. Like other have said, over promise, under deliver and no communication, that simply spells unsatisfied customers no matter how you slice it.

Again it doesn't take much to answer questions and other communications to set thing straight/right again.

All secrets will be reveled tomorrow on my mothers eyes...

Honestly guys I haven't been overly inclined to share much in the way of pics on half finished stuff... or almost completed designs. I've taken all you requested and made pretty much exactly that. Please tryst in the fact that you commissioned me to deliver a top quality bumper and thats exactly what your gonna get. If you didnt believe in me you probably shouldnt have bought a bumper sight unseen. You guys put your trust in me now allow me to do my part and hook you up with the best gear I can make for our rigs. Thank you.

How you lay out a bull bar. Spyhunter style...

I really hope that's Qballs bumper

It looks like you added height to the wings of the bull-bar to clear the headlights, but not to the center hoop(?). I liked the stepdown from the center hoop to the wings how it was before, can you add a little height to the center hoop?
