Well back to work..

@Qball I'll get final pics up of the bumper here in a couple of hours. That way you can see exactly what your getting.

Have a customer dropping off his 100 series today for a couple weeks for me to play around with. Kinda looking forward to seeing what the differences are in these two vehicles.
I started social media'ing.... ahhh shoot me !!! Just kidding... takes up a lot of time it seems. Facebook only wants your money. You can buy likes there.. IDK whatever.

Pics to come as soon as I drink 2 more cups of coffee.

I hope you start designing a rear bumper soon too. Are you hiring yet?

Ya actually I am... on both fronts. I cant believe the how positive the response has been to what I've been doing! I'm slammed with work and factor in the R&D of new products and models for different vehicles and its like...wow. I get up in the morning around 6am and usually dont stop till after 9pm. But its what I gotta do... you gotta do what you gotta do. I wouldnt want it any other way though. I do well under pressure and rise to the occasion. Hope things are going well for you too my friend. You have an awesome product at a great price.. I need to get with you on some of those too. I'll PM here at some point in the day and see what we can do.

Thanks, Jason

I think you're making the best looking 'expo' style bumber I've seen. Good job!

Thanks brother your a pain in the ars but you know that... I really appreciate the order and your patience. Without you there is no me so for that I thank you. Cant wait to see your rig with my gear hanging on it... that doesn't sound right.

This pic shows your 2 bull bar options. This is as far as I'm gonna take this for now. All subject to change of course if and when I come up with a new idea or different design. Hope you guys like it.

That looks really good! Have you thought about adding a piece of tubing in between the two wings to help with deflection folks are concerned about? That way you still keep the winch open but you have some more rigidity.

Also, what tubing do you use? HREW or schedule 40?

Schedule 40 ... and ya actually I think might add that. Stay tuned for it here in a few minutes. Wont take long. Tell me what you think bro.. Your bumper looks sik BTW!!!

Good stuff! That's what I did on my 4x4Labs since I took out the stinger.

What are you using to splice the tubing. 1.5" schedule 40 right? I just picked up a JD2 bender and a die for 1.5" schedule 40. Once I build the pedestal I'm going to start with sliders, then fender rails and tube doors. Looks like 1.5" pipe has an ID of 1.61". Seems like 1.625" DOM might work as a splice by shaving it down a tiny bit http://www.teamtubellc.com/en/produ...cts/mechanical-tubing/drawn-over-mandrel.aspx

There wont be any splices on the final product. I cut the center section down to shorten it so it didnt turn to scrap for the mock up. I got the Model 32 bender.. love it. Ya what your saying is about right from what I gather too. Would be cool if the made stuff for sch. 40 not just DOM.

Been grinding for an hr straight and got this.. still need to tune em up all little more but their close.

Guts of the wings

Oh ya I did that...

Best work I've done to date. Still learning but its getting easier.

Great looking bumper Underdawg!!!! If the upper side bars were bent going a little lower on the grill bar, it would look alittle more agressive and mean....;) the way the truck should look!!!

Well we are all a little crazy or at least Underdawg & I are;). I had a good conversation today w him at his shop about my hundy. He appreciated the 100 for what it is and had some good ideas about a bumper to go with my design of 100 Expedition Cruiser. He is also going to design a new rack to fit it.
I personally appreciate his custom designing it to be a little different :bounce2: I really appreciate him listening to what I want rather then fall trap to producing what he thinks/or what the masses want. Looking forward to seeing the finish product.

Looks better already, although it could be me but the bar might still block a little bit of headlight or high beam at least. Again could be me looking at the picture.

I like the one with a bat in the middle of the stinger but not sure about the small bar on the wing section.

After looking at it again I think the bars on the wings need to be slight higher in order to not block the lights, maybe 1 inch?
You are correct it needed to come up an 1.5" no big deal.

Man.... thats all I get for $50? Great to meet you today and looking forward to working with you on your 100. Should be an interesting project no doubt. I'm stoked your willing to put your faith in me to create a great product. I promise I wont wheel her to hard..

That is bad ass. It will have some high lift and recovery point on it right?
There are 2 recovery points built in to the wings (1/2" plate) and as far as Hi-Lift is concerned as of yet no. I want to incorporate some but haven't quite figured it out yet. Still a work in progress.
