Well I fabebed up my dual battery tray this weekend. Will post some pics after I take some. It turned out pretty well.

Alex on the other hand had more of a different experience. Taking a 71 bumper of a 40; you would think it would be really easy and he was told by someone it would only take two hrs. Two days later we had it on! Getting the old one out took a whole day. There must have been 20 rivets and the shackle mounts are welded to it also. Alex had his new bumper powder coated and managed to drop it in the driveway before we even started cutting off one of the plugs to the lights. Taking some nice chips out. He also managed to crack a light. I tell you it was a pain in the ass. But it looks great now. I'm sure Alex will post pics later.

Thanks man, Your my hero Marshall!!!

I have to say I'm a little disappointed in it taking you so long to switch bumpers. I think I could have had that sucker off and the new one on a bit faster. Although all I do is rip things off my cruiser and put different stuff on.

:flipoff2:

You forgot that I was only supervising. The only time I really helped the cuban was when he was pounding out the rivets. He couldn't see them and kept hitting his hand. So I gave it a shot smashed my hand a few times but my extra weight got them out. If we would have had an impact hammer things would have gone a lot faster. Also he kept try to use only one sawzaw blade hekep bending all to hell and then pounding it out with a hammer. Really a sight to see.

I was trying to work on my battery setup and every once in a while I would here him saying some cuban curse words and I would go over and help him out.

All I can say is that the bumper was installed by a Cuban. It won't be going anywhere for a long time! :D
