That's not a special tread. It's the BFG MT KM.

I put them on my 85 4Runner in August. I think they are great. Took almost no weight to balance them. Very quiet on the road and stop pretty well on wet pavement. Haven't tried them off road yet but they look the part!

I bought them at a local dealer but I had to try a couple before I found one with seveal in stock. They don't make them in a 10.50x35 only 12.50x35. The tallest in a 10.50 is a 33". That's still a fairly tall and skinny tire.
