Need to find an adapter

I just got through installing my Depo style headlights and figured out I'm needing some pieces. I need to find the adapter that converts the H1 bulb to the 2 prong. Here are some pics from another members install. As of now, no high beams

Anyone??? I've googled until I reached the end of the internet and still havn't found it yet.
