I replaced my keys a year ago for my LX450.
I called like 5 different Phoenix area Lexus dealers, and prices were different at each place. The cheapest was $34. The highest was something like $170. (?!?!!)
Each dealer has to order the keys in from somewhere in Michigan, but they usually have them next day.
The remote programming is as easy as pressing a button on the receiver, and then on the remote - so its not a dealer only thing.
