It would be a ruling I'm not empowered to make, but I believe this post is a contender for the "Most Useless Quantity Of Information Ever Provided For What Is Suggested May Be A Serious Problem But With Proper Information Will Prove To Be A Piece Of Gravel Caught In The Heatshield" competition. I'm going to use you as a the first ever forum experiment. I will provide you with no tips whatsoever in terms of information that would be useful for us to evaluate your problem.
