I have a 95 land cruiser 80s my Radiator blew up and are replaced it, but when I was driving home transmission all of a sudden stopped, working RPM shot up and lost all forward and reverse on side of freeway does anyone have a clue what happened please 🙏 help

Just a guess, but your radiator at the bottom has inlets for transmission hoses at the bottom of it, I think it cycles through there before going to your transmission cooler in front of radiator. If those lines weren’t hooked up or not secured, your transmission fluid could have leaked out and seized your transmission. Check under the hood for your transmission dip stick (just back behind the oil dipstick towards the fire wall), if it has no fluid on the dipstick you have problems.

I’m guessing you checked to see if it has fluid in it. Check that the transfer case didn’t get knocked into neutral.
Good point, it does seem like it might have gotten knocked into the transfer cases Neutral.

Here is your transmission dipstick to check fluid level.

Could be a stripped drive flange. See if it will drive in 4lo.

I checked fluid level mine is the inline 6. 4.5 but I didn't check transfer case

I assume neither the A/T P light nor the A/T OIL TEMP light are on?

is the bottom of the truck covered in transmission oil? if so it's the transmission hoses going to the radiator. Either you re-used the old and tired hoses and they failed from the stress of removal and replace or at the least you didn't connect them properly.

if you are me, when i replaced the radiator, i didn't pay attention to how the trans cooler barbs were "clocked" and rubbed through one of the rubber lines within short order. blew ATF everywhere and lost all gears.

re-clocked barbs, fixed hose, refilled ATF, and good as new.

so check your trans fluid level, and that your t-case isn't in neutral (but that should light up the A/T P indicator if you are).

If you have the truck where you can work on it, remove the shift solenoid wire connector and try to shift the transmission into 1st (L) gear. If you can, the problem is with the ECM/TCM control. If you can't, the problem is in the transmission.

Without knowing which it is, I can't give you any more help.

I apologize, my camera has a mind of its own. This is the driver's side of the transmission. The connector ^ is the only one on this side.
