Need a/c hard line that goes thru the firewall. There are 2 lines that go thru the firewall, one fat, one thin. I need the thin one. About 12" long and curved.

Thanks and yep I know it's NLA, I just gave the part # in the unlikely event that anyone happened to have one.

Your right I might have to end up with a used one...but this part is kind of a bear to get to and would really like to get a new one if I could get lucky.

I 'Think' it's the same part 81-87 fj60 and even 88-90 fj62.

Thanks for your response.

88176 is the reference number in the diagram since there is a split between 80-84 and 84-87. The actual part numbers are below:

80-84 is 88716-90A05
84-87 is 88716-90A27

Yes, you are correct 88-90 is also 88716-90A27.

Best bet is to call cruiserparts/SOR or one of the guys on here. I don't see any NOS around

I'd try Coolstream. Maybe they can build one for you.

Thanks, just gave them a call. They can build hoses, but not 'pipes', which I have learned that this is actually what this hard line is called. And this part is a bit tricky anyway, as the expansion valve screws into it.

Maybe a hydraulic hose shop or some other custom line shop can whip a new "pipe" out and use the old end fitting for the valve?

It's complicated.

Probably...maybe...could be done but that valve is right in the middle of the pipe and I think there might be an easier solution.

Still checking everyone's suggestions...thanks.

Thanks much everyone. Found one and if the USPS does their job it should be here Friday.

Wasn't fun getting it out and it sure won't be fun getting it in. I've had a slow leak for several years and add a can of 134 every year. I was going to add a can today, but saw evidence that it was leaking right around the connection going into the firewall. So I went to tighten up that connection and it started spraying out. As I moved the pipe one way it would spray out faster, move it another way and it would slow down. That's when I knew I had a fatigue crack.

Thanks for everyone's input...all very helpful.
