my new cheap fj40

this is a fj40 i just bought a couple of weeks ago for $950. it has very little rust. the only thing that i really have to do is to get new floor pans. passenger and drivers side. the head lights don't work but that is a miner problem. the engine runs great but when i got it someone had the distributor in wrong so the timing was wrong but i fixed that and it drives great it has power steering which works really good. it shifts almost like a new car.

i was coming home from the shop were i have been working on a fj40 turning it into a four linked rock crawler and i saw this nice car so i decided to stop and look. they were asking 1500 for it. i offered 900 then they said were take 1000 so i said 950 and sold. i feel like i pretty much stole the thing. the car was for sale for about 22 hours they stuck it out at 7pm and i bought it at 5pm the next day. they said they had about 15 call but didn't have time to return the call. so that was a good thing for me.
