Cluster shows 14 mph slower than gps ALL the time. I assume it’s a speedometer sensor but it’s $180 so I don’t want to guess. Anyone had this issue? It never spikes or is erratic just doesn’t start working til 14 mph

What size tires? Always 14mph? You're going 14mph speedo shows 0mph, you're going 70mph speedo shows 56mph?

Stock gears and 35" tires should put you about 15 mph faster than the speedo at 60-70 mph.
Yeah but that would be a percentage so the MPH would vary with speed.
In this case I am betting at some point the cluster was removed maybe to change bulbs or something and something got bent.

Does it have aftermarket gauge background? Maybe the needle has been off and put back on incorrectly.

I put led’s in but it was off before that. Stock otherwise. Does the needle have a gear that it sets on that I could just move a a few clicks forward?
