I asked this question about two weeks ago and was asked for pictures.

my 72 fj40 has two manual electric fans mounted on the back of the radiator. the motor runs about 190 degrees under normal driving conditions. however the powersteering pump is bunged to the fender since I can not be installed because of clearence issues. I was woundering if a stock motor fan will fit with the tight clearance that I have. see pics. I think that there is 1.5 inches from the front of the pulley to the radiator

Welcome.

Was there a link?

I got nothing....

I am not aware of any engine (F, 2F, or small block, or any other for that matter) driven fan that will fit into that area....

I am confused, why do you want two electric fans and a direct drive fan?

He is looking to replace the electric fan so that he can install the power steering pump....that is what I gathered from his post...

Looks like someone transplanted FJ-60 stuff into your 40....

Radiator is not a 40 series...Engine mount has provisions for A/C..(which could have been in a 40, but is not common) for starters...
