Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

I like the flares on that truck with the lift. I've yet to see this but I think flares painted black on a 200 would look cool. @a200 which bumper is that, ARB or TJM? I want one.

Yesterday I bought a 2014 LC white on tan at a Hyundai dealership; 91K miles, very clean inside and out, no rust, no dings (not immaculate but damn near) one owner with a pile of Toyota service records. Price was 50K even out the door. I may have paid a bit of a premium to get what I really wanted but after driving it the 350 miles home today, my wife and I are super pleased!!

FYI there's a nice-looking (in photos) 2014 white on tan with 128K miles listed at $45K, good carfax. Just came available in the last couple days at a Lexus dealership in Durham, NC.

Saw that one. Did you look at that one as well? Looks like it’s all in order paperwork-wise.
No I didn't. I would be considering flying to Raleigh-Durham if not for the same model/color combo I found a few days ago.

I just listed my 2009 LX570 on Cars and Bids and was surprised at the process and how they want you to set a reserve (if you choose one). They seem to make it so that if it doesn't make the reserve, they can buy it from you. With that, they won't let you set a reserve for something more than they would want to pay.

My rig has 192k miles, full length ARB roof rack (front runner mounts), sensor lift, ARB rear steel bumper, ARB dingle rear drawer, full set of 5 Rock Warrior wheels with BRAND NEW 285/70/17 M/T's and they wouldn't let me set the reserve at 25k?

$25k is kinda low for this truck!

Do you still have the option to refuse to sell if they try to buy it at reserve price at the end of an unsuccessful auction?

Nope!
I would love to get something 28k or higher as a realistic price on this one. I argued with them and finally caved since they were going to refuse my listing. They REALLY want no reserve auctions on this site.

Seems like all of there pre 2016 LX have fetched $30k or less - not sure if they are the best place to get top dollar for your truck.

CarsandBids is the budget BAT and the final numbers show it. If I were looking to buy, that's where I'd look first, but sell, not so much.

A dear in Dallas TX (CarMart) has listed a 195 K mile driven 2009 LC for $26,495. Not sure a same year LX 570 will fetch more $$.
Also a 2011 LC with ARB bullbar with 170K miles is listed at 29K, another 2008 LC with 167K miles for $25K.

Interesting, and while I also have a 2011 LC I always thought these first edition 200's (LX/LC) had comical resale values considering everything you get in the LX. I mean more than just heated/cooled seats of course... retaining and maintaining the AHC is one thing but the other little creature comforts like the built in HDD that records all CD's played in the unit (until the 30.1 giggs is full) is pretty awesome...the prior owner of mine had AMAZING taste and I often tap into the loaded music instead of the Sat radio.

I realize there were less LC's produced in the same model years making them the "rarity" option but I have yet to have a close friend choose the LC over my LX. I have more parts I could throw at the LX in my shop (snorkels, lights, switchpro's, front bumpers, winch) but if it's just li[stick on a pig over doing the same thing to the LC I'll just leave the LX as is for the next guy.

LX570 94K miles for $19K here in Guam if you can swing the shipment. And yes, Guam is a US territory so the vehicle is US spec and legal.

If you are interested...

Honestly not a half bad deal if I knew someone on the island to vouch for the vehicle quality. Guam feels like a high flood risk though, right?

Be careful, if we move all our troops to the island it could capsize. Fast forward to 1:30

Haha you were just waiting for that, love it. Not sure if I would be more worried about tycoons in Guam or Hurricanes in TX/FL for hidden flood damage. Never really thought about a Guam call.

How do I access this feature? My lx is a 2015. Thanks!

Hey folks. I have been looking around at a lot of LX 570s, most specifically the 2013 to 2015 range. I found a 2013 that has 75,000 miles and was in Miami it’s whole life. The frame and under body are as clean as I’ve ever seen And it has a solid service history at the same Lexus dealer for it’s whole life. The only holdup is it has a history of a “minor “rear end accident listed on Carfax. Anyone have any experience with this or would be concerned about it? Also, the asking price is 41,000, thoughts?

I’ve been looking at a lot of 570’s as well. I wouldn’t worry about it. Probably got bumped in a parking lot/deck etc or rear ended. As long as air bags didn’t deploy and it looks ok (paint matches, body lines/gaps don’t appear off… I’d do it. $41k isn’t bad if it all checks out.

Only issue is I can’t get there to inspect/drive it and will be taking a bit of a gamble.
