AWESOME! What a great feeling of accomplishment! Are you going to take it down to Katemcy for the Roundup?

Dude, Really nice. I like how it keeps the military look but is updated and functional. Congrats. I hope to see it at an event one day.

Great restoration! I have been following in everyones foot steps restoring my m101. I appreciate everyone posting what they have done to their trailers. Mine is coming along pretty good. Only problem so far is finding the right e-brake cables. Other than that the resto should be done soon. Then the mods$$$$$$$$$$$

I was checking out this thread today and realized that I never closed the loop on how the trailer did on its first big trip...Big Bend National Park.

We used it for hauling the heavy supplies, like gasoline, water, and coolers. The trailer worked incredibly well and pulls like a dream. The tent setup was incredible. It is such a perfect fit for desert camping. Anyway, here are a few pics.

Hey i have the complete 101 brake assembly (from handle to hubs)just taken of my trailer and would love if it went to some ones resto.
Problem is i am in Vancouver Canada so if you can figure a way to get them there i will let you have them for cheap.

Oh and what a great job you did on the trailer in this thread...very nice. So how did you do the Maple leafs on the rear of the fenders? Very cool

14 years, thousands of miles, and many great adventures later, I’m pulling off the old plywood deck to mount my CVT tent using Compact Camping Concepts steel rack towers.

Until now, the only modifications I’ve really done over the years are new tires (235/85/16) and some minor tweaking on the wiring at the plug. She’s really held up well and has been a lot of fun.

@wngrog @Panzer it seems like a looooong time ago when we bought the 3-pack of trailers and shipped them down from Jersey on that pallet.
