Looks like we will be staying in luxury for MLK. We have rented a house. A very nice house. One thing came to mind when looking for a place; something with space.
The house is about the same distance as where we stayed last time (20-30min) from the trailhead.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in the house. The best part is it has a Barn or as they described it another house close to it that has 2 more full bathrooms a kitchen and a pool table and ping pong table. And lots of space for sleeping bags.
The house sleeps ten with two queen bedrooms and one double downstairs plus four twins in the loft. Superlative amenities are everywhere in the gourmet kitchen, baths, and living areas. Needless to say, there is a large plasma TV for your enjoyment. Lounge on the deck next to the creek or open your bedroom door and let the creek put you to sleep. There are three and one half baths with whirlpool and upscale showers. No expense has been spared for your comfort. Lay yourself back in the sofa recliners. The hot tub is on the creek and there is plenty of room on the deck to entertain all.

Expenses are as follows:
The three rooms are $100 each for the weekend
I have Alan and Heather confirmed for two of them. I'll reserve the other one. But if someone really needs it I can sleep in the loft on one of the four twin bed.
The twin beds will be $25 each for the weekend
Everyone else will be required to pay 15$ dollars to stay both nights. Any other house expenses will be picked up by the club.
Club will donate $100-$200 for food the two dinners and two breakfast. That should cover a majority of the food for those meals. You will be responsible for your lunch and your drinks. I would like to ask everyone coming to think about bringing something for either breakfast or dinner (deserts or some other specialty of your) Andy brought quail and venison last year and I smoked some butts. It looks like we will be eating BBQ and venison again this year. I think Andy is doing venison chili?
If we can get a t-shirt designed by the middle of Dec. I'll use any profit we make from them to go towards food and giveaways.
This is one event we live high on the hog. I don't plan on letting you down.
