Hey guys, Mark and the guys over at MT4x4 are in the final steps of getting my sliders wrapped up. They had their final fitting today and its off to the powder coaters on Tuesday. Pictures don't do them justice. Will post once they are finished and bolted on. Cheers.
Ps. MT4x4 will turning this into a production item in the very near future
Good looking sliders especially the back ends for fending off objects when turning hard - and they look like they will be sturdy enough for their pimary function of rocker panel and under sill protection.
I'm not entirely sure about front ends however. I could be wrong but even at their widest point those sliders dont appear to extend as far out as Slee Sliders which I have found particularly helpful in keeping the front fender away from banks. Cruisers are heavy beasts and if you get into any slippery transverse situations they want to side sideways, often front first. I dont have fender guards but have had occasion to be really thankful of the few extyra inches of side protection the Slees provide. Whats the offset of those Black Rhino rims? Nice wheels by the way.
Haven't seen the Slee sliders in person, but am confident that the sliders clear the panels at their narrowest point... and positive they do at the rear kick-outs. My rims stick out a little further than stock so it may be making them look like they are tucked in a bit more than they are.
