The Slumberjack is pretty bad ass. I still prefer a free standing vehicle mounted awning but it's really hard to beat the Slumberjack for price, size of coverage, size of packaging, and functionality.

I've almost ordered during that 25% off sale before but realized the Roadhouse Tarp sale price (169x.75=$127+tax) is more than the regular price on Amazon ($110+tax).
Screen version is same price both places during the sale.

I should sell my roof top tent and replace it with one of these. It fits my needs a lot better.
No roof top tent? The lions might get you.
I bought it to appease the old lady. Not that I don’t like it but it’s heavy and a pain to switch from one vehicle to the other. With one of these things I could easily pack it in the vehicle I happen to be using.

^ worth mentioning, those Icon boxes are HF's new line of high-end boxes to better compete with higher end snap-on, lista, etc. The US General boxes are much cheaper (even without a sale) and worth every penny imo.
