Cim,

What refrigerant are you using on your truck? Walmart has a 3-pack of r134 for about $18
I don't know what the hell I'm doing when it comes to AC charging. May let a professional do it.

Not that hard if you have gauges. Is your completely empty?
Pretty sure. It was nice and cold and then it dwindled down to just air after a few weeks. Found the fitting to the compressor loose so hopefully that was my only leak.

Picked up my fishing gear.

For tackle, i hear rubber chad, spoons, rubber shrimp work... I was also planning on buying some bait too. There is a bait shop by the causeway on hwy358

Sorry for not writing much been out of town. Let's get a plan together. Where is best to meet up with everyone? I plan on leaving my place no later than 730. Hopefully we'll be able to get some fishing in on friday then drive to the 60 mile marker saturday.

I guess we could meet somewhere along I35 south. What route did you take last time?

Last time we went through Lockhart and took a long route. Let's take the shortest fastest way this time. Any objections to toll roads when available?

I live in San Leanna, west of Onion Creek. We can meet at my house or Cabela's or there is an HEB in Buda right off IH35. We can take 183 from here or IH35 to SA. I will be ready early morning too.

I usually bypass tolls but don't have any issues with using them Friday.

The FJC, haven't finished with my 60 yet. ..

Going the 183/77 route is a little shorter distance but we have slow down through all the towns in between. Going ih35/ih37 is mainly interstate and will get us there a little faster

What kind of grub are you all taking? I have not done beach camping in 25+ years or so. I do remember eating gritty food back then
