I live in Corpus Christi and wouldnt mind joining in on the fun if I'm in town.........
That would be great.

yup. I'm done with finals so I can start focusing on this trip. Getting my tires ready in the meanwhile.

A coworker of mine might rent an SUV and join us with his gf.

Good to hear you are done w/finals mike.

as for your co worker, that is great. The more the merrier

Yeah. I second that thought. I have a few more tests for the military but nothing I can study for. I got the runflats in, so I'm ready to go.

So are were driving in and camping in the same place for 2 nights?

I'm thinking we drive as much as we can the first day. So the next day we can make it to the 60 mile marker and fish. But honestly I'm flexible and can do whatever the majority wants

Sounds good.

Mike,

Never been there . So, you lead, we follow

Do we have a departure time for Friday?

Sorry for the late reply, just to be sure we're on the same page, you mean next week friday right? I plan on hitting the road around 7, link up with you guys and that should give us enough time for lunch and make up some miles at the beach before setting up for camp. Let me know your thoughts.

Mike,

Are you driving IH35 to IH37 to Corpus or are you going the 183/77 route? Are we meeting somewhere in CC for lunch?

I'm not sure yet which route we're taking. Was hoping we convoy together just in case Murphy decides to tag along. I can meet you around Austin. Let's see what Cim wants to do.

convoy sounds good to me.

Leaving early is fine with me and I like the idea of a convoy.

Cim,

What refrigerant are you using on your truck? Walmart has a 3-pack of r134 for about $18
