150 - 200 in steel tops, plus hardware for gates. (another 50).. 250 total...thats a fair guess.

Don't mind in the slightest! I think it'll look great. I'd just make sure the chrome on the actual emblem is in decent shape, otherwise you'll be taking it all apart to repaint that piece too.

The advance adapter is finally here, it's heavy.

Finally!!!!!
we waited almost 3 months for that adapter........
hey folks, if you need an AA adapters please plan on a 2 - 3 month wait.... this has happened to me twice now..They make great products , you just have to wait for them.

Have you changed the landscape of chesterfield with that 60 of yours yet? I was reading in the hardcore section.....looks good too my friend.

Still workin on that, its actually at a farm on Ellisdale road.

My old house is on that road......right behind the old grave yard in crosswicks. There is a sign at the end of the driveway..."Crosswoods"

I pushed the rig out of the shop and was able to get a couple of shots of the rig while it was in the sun. Also got to work on getting the adapter onto the 4l60e tranny and rebuilding the toyota split case too.

got the adapter on the 4L60E. I had to cut a couple of inches of the output shaft off the tranny to get the new spud shaft on there for the spitcase.

This thing is turning out so sick! Those rear quarters really do look factory, or like they should have from the factory.

Someday. Someday.

It's funny, I went to high school in Heber and can't for the life of me figure out where this barn is and why I haven't noticed it before. It looks like a cruiser playground. Sheesh.

Those new swept lines are gorgeous, it just looks faster! My deepest apologies to the family, if I hadn't been gabbing yesterday afternoon and distracting you guys you probably would have been home hours earlier. There's some magical quality about the cruiser barn that makes time go faster and my mouth yapping longer.

We freaked out a bit when opening the adapter box, it was a four bolt adapter and we needed a 6 bolt. Turns out if you use the later 6 bolt 4L60E they just make an adapter for their adapter, hmmm. That stinks you had to cut the shaft, is that because we mated different t-cases together and changed the dimensions? The 2-lo and the trick 4-wheel drive will be great, getting rid of the vacuum lines in favor of fj60 mechanical linkage.

And I love your location: "Battling Bullwinkle..."
