There is a coolant manifold for the transmission cooler near there. If it’s passenger side it could also be heater tees.

Or valley plate?
+1 to likely valley plate. Don’t these usually leak down on the back side of the engine?
Well if you observed the leake from the trasmission side after raising the vehicle then usually it will be from the valley plate side which is a common issue in some 5.7 mostly 2012 - 2015 models Engins however it can be easily repaired .
if the leak underneath the engine front side try to check the engine cooler or the coolant pump also some time you will find leake from tee connectors related to coolant because connectors made of plastic and could be cracked and broken better to maintain coolant loop yearly to avoid high temperature which costs a lot compare to regulate Maintenace.
