I haven’t done the full research, just a cursory glance and saw that there were various motors or gear sets listed on Google for our trucks. You’d probably have to dig into yours to see what it needed. I’ve also had success, cleaning out similar motors and reassembling them. My left mirror is slightly slower than my right mirror so at some point, I’m sure I will dig in, but I’m definitely not buying anything new oem…

ok cool. ill dig around when i find some time. thanks!

My issue ended up being a broken wire in the driver door. Had to remove the panel and found it there. Once repaired, everything came back.
Any chance you took a pic of the broken wire? I have similar issues. Mirrors don't point down in reverse, only the drivers folds but both unfold if I fold the passenger manually. Would like to get this sorted as I need to reserve into my parking every day.

Anyone else solved this issue?

Is the mirror adjustment selection switch in the right position? In the center there is no tilting and depending on whether you have the switch to the left or the right depends on whether just one mirror tilts down or both mirrors tilt down.

Checked switch position again and this time every worked as you described, thanks heaps!

In regard to the switch that is used to fold the mirrors, does anyone have the part number to the plug that is on the wiring side of the harness that goes to the receptacle on the back of the switch?

I recently had my sideview mirrors stop working and was getting an odd gauge flutter along with the VSC OFF, VAC TRAC, and VGRS lights. Truck was running fine otherwise. Alternator and battery test good.

Turned out to be a partially burned up 10A fuse. #53 - ECU-B2, which according to the owners manual covers the power windows and power door locks. Interestingly enough both the windows and door locks worked fine.
