I do still have it and it's rust free, but had a guy put a deposit on it but that was many months back and he's gone silent. Let me ping him again.... And let's figure out if it'll fit your 04. I'm not sure off the top of my head.

I'd be curious if there's a noticeable power difference with a .50 bore over. Not sure you have a good baseline to compare it against though since you just bought the truck and it was already fairly high mileage. I have a 95 with 190k that...

Cool rigs! Pretty locations. Our kids live in Cristiana, and I have shooting friends near Columbia.

i swear I did a search and found nothing, but right after I posted found the following helpful post. Seems to have the troubleshooting steps I’m looking for. https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/starting-issue-no-crank-no-click.1292116/

Couple thoughts: 1. Try jumping it for kicks. Sometimes I've seen that work. If that works then your battery or battery terminal connections are bad. 2. As others have said, solenoid on starter stuck. Try tapping on it while trying to start...

I have a 1995/1FZ and today after my daughter pulled into the drive, it wouldn't start back up. The truck is daily driven and it’s not given me any issues recently (or really ever). Wiring harness, etc is in pretty good condition far as I can...

Nice to see your rig come together George! Glad my old 2uz gets to live to see some more action!

That was my truck. Unfortunately the frame, along w most of the rest of the body went to the recycler 😢. I was storing at a friend's place and got short notice to get it out. I did grind off those sliders though and plan to put on my lx470.

Middle row left side still available - $400 OBO. Good condition, no tears in leather. A little leather cleaning and conditioning will make it look really great again. Missing center headrest, includes middle seat belt. Everything is clean and...

cool, thanks. That all makes sense. Anyone else have any 2uz specific stop leak disaster stories? (or 1FZ or 2F, 1F, etc for that matter).

I avoid all stop leaks, if I can. If a head gasket coolant leak. Well, may be replacing engine anyway. The areas where issue maybe seen, with coolant stop leak: Block drains, freezing up (glued). I've seen! Thermostat, it's seal and jiggle...

I've just seen it corrode and nasty up some systems. Not sure the science behind it but it's goal is to goop up and stop leaks from the inside, typically for blown head gaskets and what not. Best I can tell you is the 2UZ is a predictable and...

I'm going to keep those for now - I might retrofit into my 07 lx470 to get rid of that glorious futuristic nav screen.

Yea those are my thoughts too, im hoping some experts (or non-experts) can weigh in and provide empirical evidence of failures that have happened down the road after stop leak usage. I would think it also depends how small the passages are. For...

tone33 replied to the thread 2004 Land Cruiser : Radiator Leak.
Why not? I'm genuinely asking because I just don't know the long term effects of stop leak on the 2uz coolant passages and such. If one had to add stop leak to get off a trail or home would a good flush and radiator replace after adding stop leak...

I'm interested in a set! My drivers side visor on my '95 started drooping about a month ago, drives me crazy. I'd need them mailed to 37174. I'll drop you a PM. Thanks!

Is AC amplifier only for rear AC models? Mine didn't have rear AC. I should still have the actuator - do you have a picture or part number so I can find it more quickly? Both front seat belts are gone.
    • tone33
No thank you. I have the seats, just no way to attach them to the car!
    • tone33
I also have the third row seats available - do you need those as well?
    • tone33
I should have all of that except the right side trim piece that I just sold. I'll dig it all up tomorrow with pics and prices and PM you.
